Sting at Cardiff Castle: Event times, tickets, set list, support, banned items and more

Singer/songwriter Sting will be at Cardiff Castle on Sunday, July 2 and if you are going to the gig we have all the information you might like to know ahead of setting off for a night of classic hits and newer tracks from the former Police frontman.

The tour, My Songs, will see Sting performing songs from his thirteenth solo studio album My Songs, which was released in 2019. Parts of the tour had to be postponed and rescheduled due to the coronavirus pandemic. You can keep up to date with the latest What's On news by signing up to the newsletter here.

Doors open at 5pm.

DAGNY, a Norwegian singer-songwriter is the support for Sting's Cardiff Castle gig.

Are there road closures?

No city centre road closures for the Castle gig, but traffic will be paused temporarily on Castle Street as people leave the gig.

Where to park

There's no parking at the castle, but Cardiff has plenty of parking in the city centre.

City centre car parks will be available including North Road car parks, St David's Shopping Centre, John Lewis, Capitol Shopping Centre and the NCP car parks at Adam Street, Dumfries Place and Greyfriars Road.

There's also parking at Sophia Gardens and Cardiff Arms Park.

Tickets

There are still tickets available from Ticketmaster, here. Tickets via Ticketmaster will be found on the Ticketmaster app, so download that ahead of the gig.

The box office will be open from 3pm on the day of the event and is located at the North gate.
