Steven Naismith was overjoyed with the way his Hearts players fought back against Aberdeen on Saturday afternoon.
Despite going 1-0 down to a Mattie Pollock header on the half-hour mark, an absolute howitzer from Josh Ginnelly just before the break set the tone for Lawrence Shankland to fire the Jambos in front, dominating against the Dons to set up a grandstand finish to the season.
It may well end up being too little, too late for the side from the capital as they aim to claw back any hopes of guaranteed group stage football next season, but a win plunges Aberdeen into their next two games with a tinge of doubt which could upset the apple cart - and Naismith has backed his team to continue in the same fashion.

He told Sky Sports: “It was a big game, but all the top six games are big. It puts us in a better position that we were in before the game, it claws the points back on Aberdeen and it makes the last week of the season really interesting for us.
"I think our first half performance was what I’ve constantly said since I came into the job. I want to create a style that gives us an identity that says ‘this is us’.
"I think in every game, as much as it’s not been perfect and we’ve gave up chances (as well as) silly and sloppy goals, you can clearly see there is a development in terms of the way we play, the way we want to play.
“That for me, away from the madness of the goals and coming back from defeat, is the most pleasing thing for me.
“I said when I took over that I want an attacking team which will cause teams problems than they cause us.”
