Steven Gerrard has sent a message to his daughter, Lexie, as she celebrates her 16th birthday.

The Liverpool FC legend shares four children with wife Alex Curran. They are also the proud parents of Lilly, 18, Lourdes, 10, and Lio, four.

The Aston Villa manager is currently preparing his side as they take on the Reds at Villa Park tomorrow. However, he took time out of his busy schedule to wish his daughter a happy birthday as she celebrates her big day.
