Steven Gerrard's daughters have sent heartfelt tributes to their dad on his birthday.
The Liverpool FC legend was inundated with messages as he celebrated his 42nd birthday yesterday. The Aston Villa manager shares four children with wife Alex.
They are the proud parents of Lilly, 18, Lexie, 16, Lourdes, 10 and Lio, four. Steven has today shared an Instagram post alongside Alex, Lilly and Lourdes as he enjoyed a family meal.

He said: "Happy birthday to me." Lilly has shared a selection of snaps from the family's trip to Los Angeles and sent a message to her dad.
She shared a snap of the two from her birthday bash earlier this year and said: "Happy birthday to my dad.
"Love you all the world. Thank you for everything." Lexie took to social media and also shared a message to the former LFC captain.
She said: "Happy birthday to the best. I love you so much. Wish I was with you." Steven shared a clip from his "favourite" birthday message yesterday as his hero Ricky Gervais sent a message.
In the clip, Ricky reverted back into David Brent and said: "Ricky Gervais... Steven Gerrard. Yeah? You like comedy, I like football so..." before interlocking his hands as Brent does in an iconic The Office scene.
Captioning the post, Steven said: "Thanks for all the birthday messages today. Thought I would share my favourite one [laughing emojis] my hero @rickygervais ".
