Steven Gerrard pays birthday tribute to 'special' daughter Lilly-Ella as she turns 18

Former footballer Steven Gerrard has penned a sweet message to mark his daughter Lilly-Ella's 18th birthday.

The Aston Villa manager shares Lilly with wife Alex Curran, 39, and the Liverpudlian pair are also proud parents to Lexie, 15, son Lio, four, and 10-year-old Lourdes.

And Steven, 41, urged his eldest child to "never change" as he posted about her on her special day.
