There’s a possibility that Stetson Bennett will throw a pass to his younger brother this fall with the Georgia Bulldogs.
Luke Bennett, the younger brother of Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett, has announced that he has committed to UGA as a walk on.
The younger Bennett is a wide receiver for Pierce County High School in Blackshear, Georgia, the same school Stetson attended.
As a senior, he had 9 receptions for 179 yards and 3 touchdowns, according to MaxPreps. He also added 166 rushing yards and 5 rushing touchdowns.
Bennett, like his older brother, did not received much major recruiting attention from colleges. The younger Bennett is 5 feet, 11 inches and weighs 175 pounds.
Bennett received his preferred walk-on offer from UGA the night before national signing day.

After what had already been a rollercoaster of a career, the starting quarterback on Georgia’s first national championship team in 41 years, Stetson Bennett had a decision to make this offseason: Sail off into the sunset or return to Athens for one more year in an attempt to repeat as national champs?
As you know, Bennett elected to return. In speaking with reporters, he went into detail on why he made that decision.
“I love football. I love this team. I love the relationships, all the things that it teaches you,” Bennett said. “I also don’t think I’m as good as I’m going to be, and I don’t think this team is as good as it’s going to be. It’s about the daily grind, the daily competition … Where do we want to be next week? Where do we want to be tomorrow? It’s those little goals.”
