Stereophonics front man Kelly Jones has shared a preview of a new band he is in and people are comparing it to Fleetwood Mac. The Cynon born star shared the news about new band Far From Saints on Facebook by teasing a clip of their debut song Let's Turn This Back Around.

Kelly said he is in the band with some friends from Austin, Texas, and described it as "a beautiful thing". In the video, Kelly says: "We made this record and we are very happy with it. We just want to let you know to get on over to the social sites for Far From Saints and check out what we are up to.

"I've got the test press right here, the record company will probably give me a b****cking but seeing as you are here you can have a sneaky preview, here we go..."

He added that the record will be out soon and they will "do some shows at some point", before finishing the video by telling his fans "love you long time."

Reacting to the song, One fan commented: "Female vocals Stevie Nicks esque." Another said: "That sounds wonderful, doesn’t the female vocalist sound like Stevie Nicks." Someone else added: "Wow very Fleetwood Mac love it."

Far From Saints sees Kelly team up with American band The Wind and The Wave, with producer Dwight Baker and singer-songwriter Patty Lyn. Their debut song Let's Turn This Back Around will be released on January 20.
