Stephen Mulhern is one of British TV's most popular presenters.
His career began in children's entertainment, but he steadily climbed the ladder and is now one of the nation's greatest TV stars.
Stephen is probably best known for hosting In For a Penny and Celebrity Catchphrase, as well as entertaining audiences on Saturday Night Takeaway.

He also recently stood in for Phillip Schofield on Dancing on Ice, quickly winning round viewers - with some even calling for him to have a permanent role on the show.
Even though Stephen is all over our TV screens, like many celebs he prefers to keep his private life away from the spotlight.
However the talented star often shares tiny glimpses inside his life on social media, Yorkshire Live reports.
It all started at Butlins
Stephen's dad Christopher taught him the art of magic at the age of 11, inspiring what would become a lifelong passion.
A young Stephen first started doing magic tricks during family holidays in Butlin’s, eventually earning a membership in the elite club The Magic Circle.
In 2020 he told The Mirror his "biggest regret" was performing a Metamorphosis illusion trick on Blue Peter at an early age.
He recalled: "I had just become the youngest member of The Magic Circle.
"My dad was like my agent at the time, and he got a call asking me to go on Blue Peter. I had to ask a friend to teach me the trick. It completely failed."
Working hard to get where he is now
Stephen has worked hard to become the TV icon he is today and his love of magic helped him get his big TV break and at the age of 20, he was invited to the Royal Variety Performance at the Victoria Palace Theatre.
He became a household name when he started hosting Saturday Showdown on CITV alongside Holly Willoughby, which later became known as Ministry of Mayhem.
Stephen also worked alongside Fearne Cotton on children’s show Finger Tips, and fronted the hit kids’ show Tricky TV for half a decade.
In the 2010s, after stints hosting a Dancing On Ice spin-off and fronting segments on This Morning, Stephen made the switch to primetime TV.
His roles on Catchphrase and Big Star's Little Star were evidence of his onscreen charisma, leading to a gig presenting BGT spin-off Britain’s Got More Talent.
Today, he has a regular stint as the gamekeeper in Ant vs Dec' segment on Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway, as well as hosting Celebrity Catchphrase.
'Secret' love life
Down through the years, Stephen has remained incredibly tight-lipped about his relationship status.
The last time he opened up about his love life was in 2018, when Stephen admitted that he enjoyed a brief romance four years previous to that, and he had been single ever since.
Although Stephen refrains from talking about his love life, the star opened up about why he thinks he has been unlucky in love in a previous interview with Celeb Now.
The telly favourite said he felt as though his career had gotten in the way of him finding someone special to settle down with.
He said: "Last time I went on a date was about four years ago.
"That makes me sound really sad! I need a life. I need to stop working so much."
Back in 2008, Stephen was linked to EastEnders star Emma Barton, who plays Honey Mitchell on the BBC soap.
The pair were said to have grown close while starring in a pantomime production of Snow White in Birmingham at the time, but neither star ever confirmed the rumours although they were spotted out together for a duration of three years.
When their relationship ended, without ever admitting that they were an item, Stephen said his time with Emma came to a ‘natural end’.
