Stephen Mulhern was rushed to hospital after collapsing just weeks after the death of his father.

The 47-year-old presenter, currently preparing for a new season of Dancing on Ice and the return of You Bet, was dining alone at a Pizza Express in Sunningdale when the incident occurred around 8pm on Wednesday.
