England’s new Test coach Stephen Fleming has set his sights on taking the team to number one in the world after kicking off his reign with a “tour of love” across the county game.

The former New Zealand captain was appointed in July but has just taken the reins after sitting out the 3-0 defeat of Pakistan due to family commitments.
