Stephen Bear's fiancée Jessica Smith appeared to break visiting rules by filming herself visiting him in prison in a video for TikTok.

The maximum penalty for using a camera inside a jail is two years behind bars and a hefty fine, according to The Mirror.

Ex reality TV star Bear is currently serving 21 months behind bars and has been placed on the sex offenders register for sharing footage of him having sex with former partner Georgia Harrison without her permission.
