Stephen Bear's fiancée Jessica Smith appeared to break visiting rules by filming herself visiting him in prison in a video for TikTok.
The maximum penalty for using a camera inside a jail is two years behind bars and a hefty fine, according to The Mirror.
Ex reality TV star Bear is currently serving 21 months behind bars and has been placed on the sex offenders register for sharing footage of him having sex with former partner Georgia Harrison without her permission.

This week, his partner Jessica filmed herself at HMP Chelmsford where she visited him inside prison for the first time.
Bear is only allowed visits of 1hr and 15 minutes from loved ones if they are booked in advance.
She uploaded footage to TikTok, captioned: "Come with me on a visit to see my boyfriend."
Former Ex on the Beach cast member Jessica filmed herself dressing in a long sleeved, long legged romper before she showed the prison door and said: "Lots of waiting around".
Once inside she showed off her acrylic nails with the initials S.B and panned the camera to the HMP wristband.
The short clip was captioned: "So good to see him but sad because I can't see him for another two weeks."
But Jessica appears to have broken the rules by filming herself inside the prison.
The 1952 Prison Act states: "[It is an offence relating to prison security to] take a photograph, or make a sound-recording, inside a prison or transmits, or causes to be transmitted, any image from inside a prison by electronic communications for simultaneous reception outside the prison."
The Act also states the penalty could be: "Conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine (or both)."
Bear, 33, was found guilty of leaking footage to the OnlyFans site without Georgia’s consent.
Prosecutor Hannah von Dadelszen hit out at the Celebrity Big Brother winner for showing a “complete lack of remorse” for his actions.
She added that he never took responsibility for his abusive behaviour and even blamed his Love Island star victim.
Sources close to disgraced Bear claimed he had been "crying for days" after being detained behind bars at His Majesty's pleasure.
He was arrested in January 2021 after a trip to Dubai and later charged in May before being sent down earlier this year.
