The Hollyoaks actress, 29, thanked her partner on an Instagram post for being her 'absolute rock' while she spent time in hospital due to a mysterious illness.

Previously, Joe posted a now-deleted photo of the couple holding hands on Instagram - Stephanie can be seen in the snap wearing an NHS bracelet.
