With a 3-1 lead heading into Game 5 against the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday, the Golden State Warriors are just one win away from punching a ticket to the Western Conference Finals.
Before eyeing the next round of the postseason, the Warriors will need to take care of business in what will likely be a hostile environment at FedEx Forum after a tense series.
When the Warriors suit up for Wednesday’s highly-anticipated battle in Memphis, Steph Curry revealed his own plan for Game 5 to ESPN’s Kendra Andrews. When asked about the plan, Curry responded with “whoop that trick,” per Andrews.

Despite a cold shooting night in Game 4, Curry tallied 18 points in the fourth quarter on Monday to rally the Warriors to a victory. On the way to helping seal a 3-1 lead in the series, Curry is averaging 28.3 points on 42.9% shooting from the floor and 31.1% shooting from the field with 6.5 assists and 4.8 rebounds in 37.2 minutes per game.
Curry’s pregame comments will likely add another factor to the budding rivalry between Memphis and Golden State. Game 5 is set to tip-off on Wednesday night at 6:30 p.m. PT.
