Stefan Valentine Balaban: Five teenagers charged with murder of 19-year-old in Edgware

Five teenagers have been charged with the murder of a 19-year-old man knifed to death on the streets of north London last Friday.

The teenage boys, four aged 16 and one aged 17, will appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Thursday charged with the murder of Stefan Valentine Balaban in Edgware.
