After a week off with only two opportunities to practice, the Pittsburgh Steelers are back together and preparing to travel to the West Coast and take on the Los Angeles Rams. The team used the break to get healthy and hopefully get their minds right with 12 games left to play.
Here are four things we want to see happen this week.
More Jaylen Warren
This is no dig on Najee Harris but we want to see the roles reversed this week and Warren comes out early in the game and Harris comes in to spell him and not the other way around.
Minkah Fitzpatrick cut loose
No player is having a more disappointing season than safety Minkah Fitzpatrick. Much like in 2021, Fitzpatrick has been relegated to being a run stopper and is getting very few opportunities to make splash plays.
Rested and ready to roll
There is no excuse for the Steelers to come out flat against the Rams after having a week off. We want to see the energy and intensity we saw against the Ravens as a sign of what to expect in the next 12 games.
A confident Kenny Pickett
The return of Diontae Johnson should do wonders for the confidence of quarterback Kenny Pickett. Talent is not an issue for Pickett but he has to get out of his own head and start playing like the leader this offense needs.
