For the second time this season, the Pittsburgh Steelers will have a game on the schedule flexed. Back in early November, the Steelers Sunday night Week 11 showdown against the Cincinnati Bengals was flexed out of prime time because of how poorly the Steelers were playing. This time around the Steelers are getting their Week 17 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens is being moved to the Sunday Night Football spot.
They will replace the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers who were supposed to play on prime time. Pittsburgh lost to the Ravens 16-14 in Week 14. The Ravens have already secured a playoff spot but are jockeying for position in the AFC while the Steelers continue to cling to the slimmest of hopes to be a wild card.
Ravens-Steelers game next Sunday has been flexed to 8:20 p.m; Rams-Chargers is out of the Sunday night slot.
