One week later, the Cincinnati Bengals didn’t have a player fined by the NFL from the Week 12 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Per the NFL’s accountability page, the only player to receive a fine from that game was Steelers defensive back Damontae Kazee. The NFL hit him with a $11,806 fine letter for an unnecessary roughness penalty stemming from a hit on Bengals tight end Irv Smith Jr. involving the helmet.
It is one of the tamer fine reports we have seen all season for a game involving the Bengals or otherwise — especially given how bitter the rivalry with the Steelers has been over the years.
