The hits keep on coming for the Pittsburgh Steelers and their inside linebackers. On Tuesday, head coach Mike Tomlin talked to the media and said inside linebacker Elandon Roberts is out with a pec injury for this week’s game against the Seattle Seahawks.
Roberts was the last man standing of the three starting inside linebackers Pittsburgh signed to help rebuild this unit. First, the Steelers lost Cole Holcomb for the year only to be followed a week later by Kwon Alexander.
Now, with Roberts out of commission, Pittsburgh must once again shuffle the depth chart. The top three linebackers at the Steelers disposal this week are Mark Robinson, Myles Jack and Blake Martinez. Tomlin noted at the press conference that Martinez would be available this week.
