The Pittsburgh Steelers looked fantastic in their Week 3 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers; however, every rose has its thorn. The thorn in question is a myriad of injuries that the Steelers have sustained in less than one week’s time, and it continues to grow, adding both Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris to the list of health concerns.
Pittsburgh Steelers star rookie right tackle Troy Fautanu suffered a regular season-ending injury during practice leading up to Week 3.
In the Week 3 game itself, Alex Highsmith re-aggravated a groin injury he sustained in training camp.
Warren injured his knee, and as if the Steelers’ injury concerns couldn’t get any worse, Najee Harris was seen with his arm in a sling.

Jaylen Warren is getting an MRI on his knee.

If Warren or Harris cannot go in Week 4, several roster moves will be made to alleviate some of the damage. However, offensive coordinator Arthur Smith has a running back on the roster he can lean on and has grown familiar with throughout his time in Atlanta: the ever-dynamic Cordarrelle Patterson.
