State officials secure land in Perry County to help relocate flood survivors

Flood Perry County WEKU

State officials have secured a second parcel of land to build homes on higher ground for flood survivors. This property is located in Perry County.

Governor Beshear made the announcement on Tuesday in Hazard while visiting eastern Kentucky to announcement water infrastructure funding. He said this new location will be convenient for the new homeowners.
