House-hunting is rarely an enjoyable activity and moving house is said to be one of the most stressful things you can do in life. Whether you’re a serious property buyer or if you’re just day-dreaming of that multi-million pound mansion for when you win the lottery, it is easy to spend hours online searching for that perfect property.
A Dorset property for sale is forcing house-hunters to stop the scroll thanks to an odd fixture in one corner of the house. The house which is listed at an estate agent in Poole is drawing attention owing to its life-size statue standing serenely in the front room.
The statue’s likeness to Hollywood actor Nicolas Cage is causing potential home-buyers to double-take and provide a talking point drawing additional attention to the property. Viewers can see the statue in the house that is being marketed by Leader Fox.
