The significance of this recognition lies in its timing. With only six months in operation, Marmon Lift Recruitment, a recruitment company specializing in the lift and escalator sector, was formed after a complete reset that required Ben to step back after legal challenges, re-establish itself from scratch, and rebuild the company under a new identity. During that process, Ben notes that the foundation he had established over the course of a decade became his anchor. He says. "Clients immediately returned after the rebrand, and that's because they already know what I deliver."
