Starbucks kicks off autumn season early as it brings back pumpkin spice latte

Nothing says autumn is almost here like the introduction of Starbucks' pumpkin spice latte. Customers are now able to order the beverage when visiting a chain.

The autumnal drink has been a popular choice since its launch in 2003.

Made with genuine pumpkin mixes, steamed milk, Starbucks signature espresso, and the well-known flavour combination of pumpkin, clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg, it’s no surprise why it’s so popular during the cooler months.

While many prefer it hot, if you always like your drinks cold, then it’s available in an iced or blended form.

The pumpkin spice latte starts from £4.65 for a tall size drink, the iced pumpkin spice latte starts from £4.70 for a tall size drink, and the pumpkin spice frappuccino starts from £4.85 for a tall size drink.

There are other versions too, such as the pumpkin cream cold brew and iced pumpkin cream chai.

The pumpkin cream cold brew is sweetened with vanilla syrup, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam, and a pumpkin spice topping to create a perfectly balanced autumnal drink.

Inspired by customer and barista customisations, the iced pumpkin cream chai pairs a rich blend of spiced chai notes with pumpkin cream cold foam and a pumpkin spice topping.    

This year's greatest gift for Starbucks fans is the launch of a brand-new autumn beverage. Along with a host of other apple-flavoured drinks, the iced apple crisp nondairy cream chai is making its debut.

It's a great way to embrace the crisp, cosy vibe when the weather is still relatively warm.

Along with the iced caramel apple cream latte and the iced honey apple almond milk flat white, which are only available through the Starbucks app, the iced crisp oat milk shaken espresso and apple crisp oat milk macchiato are making a comeback to the menu for their third season.

Additionally, there are many options available to you when it comes to food. Naturally, the traditional pumpkin loaf is here to stay (autumn wouldn't be the same without it), and this year the pumpkin cream cheese muffin will be returning to the pastry case with the incredibly flaky baked apple croissant.
