The mother of murdered toddler Star Hobson has had her prison sentence increased to 12 years.

Frankie Smith was given an eight-year jail sentence for causing or allowing the death of her daughter Star Hobson after her former partner Savannah Brockhill was found guilty of the youngster's murder.
