Star Adelaide forward Riley Thilthorpe will be closely monitored over the coming days after being cut down by a suspected case of food poisoning during his team's trip to Perth.

Thilthorpe was a late withdrawal from Friday night's 25-point win over West Coast after falling sick on the morning of the match.
