Rugby union star Kurtley Beale allegedly swore at a woman after forcing her into a sexual act in a Bondi pub toilet cubicle, a court has heard.
Beale, 35, is facing a NSW District Court trial charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent and two counts of sexual touching related to an alleged assault on the woman at the Beach Road Hotel in December 2022.
The former Wallabies playmaker has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
On Monday, the alleged victim, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said she went to urinate in the men's toilets, which she said she used as they were close and less busy than others, when Beale entered and locked the cubicle.
The woman said she looked up to see Beale, linen shorts at mid-thigh, holding his flaccid penis and shaking it up and down "not in a wanking motion".
She said Beale repeatedly said "suck my dick" to which she said "no" over and over, before the rugby star grabbed her head and thrust his penis forcefully into her mouth.
"It happened so quickly," she said.
"My lips weren't wrapped around his penis or anything."
After pulling away, the woman said she tried to stay calm and said sorry to a "frustrated" Beale, before he spun her around by the hips.
Beale said "'please can we f***' and I say 'no' again", the woman testified.
Soon after, Beale looked her up and down and said "'f*** off then'", she said.
Earlier, as she headed to the men's toilets, the woman said Beale yelled out "'oi" before grabbing her and repeatedly telling her: "I really want to f*** you'".
"It was desperate, it was forceful, it was 'I really want to f*** you' direct," she said.
The woman allegedly replied: "We can't, you're married, I'm engaged, I don't want to'."
She said she remained friendly so as not to agitate Beale and "didn't want to be anything else than friends".
Before that, the woman said she was with friends and her fiance at the venue when Beale touched her on the bottom.
The woman, wearing a g-string under a navy play suit, said she felt a hand move down her buttocks onto "bare skin".
"I turn around and realise it's Mr Beale."
The woman, emotional at points in her evidence, said the touch lasted about a second-and-a-half and that she used her left hand to "swat" away Beale's hand.
"I was shocked, I was surprised."
While at the venue, the woman said she observed Beale to be "heavily intoxicated" and at one point she asked him: "Are you on cocaine?"
Before meeting Beale for the first time that night, the woman said she had known of him through rugby and had followed him on social media.
The woman arrived at the pub after leaving a restaurant at lunch "tipsy" then going to a friend's house, where she drank more alcohol and snorted two lines of cocaine, the court heard.
Late on Monday, the court was read text message exchanges including one in which the woman said she planned to report the alleged incident anonymously to police.
Beale's barrister Margaret Cunneen SC has told the jury there was no force involved and the defence case was that the complainant consented.
Ms Cunneen has urged the jury to consider the woman's honesty and reliability when she gives evidence.
The trial continues on Tuesday before Judge Graham Turnbull.
