Perth -based bus operator Stagecoach has announced that the wheels are in motion towards the opening of its new customer contact centre in the Fair City.
The new one-stop phone and digital contact point for customers will be based at the company’s existing headquarters on Dunkeld Road and is set to open in the spring.
The senior leadership team and team leaders have recently been appointed and recruitment is now underway for 60 new customer service advisors.
