An employee-owned cash and carry and convenience store giant is to hand its staff a cost of living bonus of up to £500.
Parfetts said it is "recognising its staff's hard work and dedication" with the payment which comes in addition to a company-wide sales bonus of up to 2% of salary.
The business added that all bonuses will be paid tax-free to team members.
