A Gower holiday park has started offering staff ten minute 'ice cream breaks' as well as their usual stops during the day, to help them deal with the heat of the summer months.
Three Cliffs Bay Holiday Park sits on the cliffs above the bay of the same name, next to the village of Penmaen, and is hugely popular with holidaymakers. But making sure all those guests have a great time can be quite stifling in the hot weather, so the park owner, Tom Beynon, decided to do something to help.
Speaking about the recent heatwave across Wales in July, Mr Beynon said: "In that extreme heat, we found that our staff were getting hot and flustered so we were building an ice cream break into the day- just some time to have an ice cream and a bit of fresh air and enjoy the sunshine that we were having."
