What is Stacey Solomon’s Sort Your Life Out?

In simple terms, the premise of the show is about decluttering UK homes.

Solomon and her team are tasked with removing various articles from the home, laying it out in a giant warehouse with families then deciding what to get rid of, with up to 50 per cent of the unwanted goods being removed.

The results mean families are gifted with a complete home makeover with far less clutter, a lighter feeling and, of course, far more space.

Having less of a cluttered home has also been found to improve a person’s mental health, reducing levels of stress.
