Stacey Solomon using scraps of her own bridal gown to create baby Rose's wedding outfit

Stacey Solomon has explained the lengths she has gone to in order to ensure she and baby daughter Rose 'match' on her wedding day later this month.

The Loose Women presenter, 32, told fans earlier this week that her youngest child's outfit for her special day has been made "from the off cuts" of her very own wedding dress.

Stacey - who is due to marry Joe Swash next weekend - has been sharing how she's been preparing for her upcoming wedding day with her Instagram followers over recent days.

Alongside unveiling her new blonde hair and revealing a last-minute engagement ring change to her fans online, the DIY enthusiast has also given a sneak peak of what her young daughter will be wearing when she and Joe tie the knot in the grounds of their Essex mansion, Pickle Cottage.

Sharing a black-and-white snap of baby Rose's bridal shoes to her Instagram Stories, the mum-of-four wrote: "Rose’s dress is being made from the off cuts of my dress [crying emoji]

"So I wanted to make her some shoes to match mine. So I brought glittery bows from Etsy and stuck them on her baby shoes [well-up-eye emoji] Now we fully match [crying emoji]."

Stacey and Joe welcomed baby Rose into the world last October, on the TV presenter's 32rd birthday.

The soon-to-be married couple are also doting parents to son Rex, two, alongside Stacey's sons Zach, 13, and Leighton, nine from previous relationships and Joe's teenage son Harry, whose mother is the former EastEnders actor's ex-fiancée Emma Sophocleous.

All five children will have a special role to play when the happy couple finally tie the knot on Sunday July 31.

Stacey and Joe were due to walk down the aisle last year, but Covid-19 restrictions impacted their original plans.

The showbiz couple had previously been tight-lighted about the exact date they plan to become husband and wife, but loose-lipped Joe let the cat out of the bag during an episode of Loose Women, when Eamonn Holmes asked him: "Can you say when it's happening your wedding?"

Joe replied: "Stacey are we allowed to say? I never know."

Stacey teased: "'You wouldn't know the date even if you were allowed to say".

However Joe, proved her wrong, saying: "The date is the last Sunday in July."

Fuming, Stacey replied: "Oh my god, why did I bring you here? Fantastic. Good stuff."

Following their friendship eventually blossoming into a romance, the two stars welcomed son Rex into the world together in 2019 - with Joe popping the question a delighted Stacey on Christmas Eve the following year.

On Friday, the Sort Your Life Out presenter unveiled her a new engagement ring ahead of her wedding later this month.

The bride-to-be showed off her new sparkler to her loyal Instagram followers and explained her reasons for switching things up on her left hand.

Showing off a pre-wedding manicure the former X Factor finalist explained how Joe had her "ring changed because I wear more gold than silver."

Writing on her Instagram Stories, the star continued to explain: "It's all the same stones but we moved them around abit [sic] so it was more dainty on my fingers."
