Stacey Solomon has sent a sweet message to other new mums after she welcomed her fifth child into the world. Fans admitted to repeatedly checking the Loose Women star's Instagram profile for updates after she went quiet on the social media platform early last week.
But it was for good reason. Last Tuesday (February 7), Stacey shared a couple of images of herself posing with her grey pyjama top rolled up with her baby bump peeping over her matching shorts. The 33-year-old grinned for the camera as she made the most of the last moments with her baby girl in her tummy.
And she has since confirmed that less than two hours later she had her baby girl in her arms. Stacey, who is also mum to sons, Zachary 14, Leighton, 10, Rex, three, and daughter Rose, who was born in October 2021, announced the joyous news on Saturday (February 11) and said her precious newborn daughter "literally flew" into the world, and marvelled at her newborn's head of thick dark hair.

"She’s Here Our beautiful, daughter born at home with all of your brothers and sister ready to snuggle you forever and ever," she typed in a heartfelt message on her Instagram alongside the first images of her and her husband Joe Swash's currently unnamed daughter. "You literally flew into our world … And none of us can quite believe your thick dark head of hair that we just can’t get over. We can’t believe your here."
The Loose Women panellist has since shared some updates on her baby girl as she thanked fans for their support. On Sunday she gave more details about her tiny bundle of joy and addressed her having a head of dark hair, "I literally pulled her out and was like 'Joe she's got hair.'" she smiled in a video message on her Instagram Story.
"She's got more hair than Rose and it's really dark." Stacey told followers that she's feeling "really good." And she added: "I feel so lucky. I'm soaking up every second."
Stacey has since hopped back onto her social media profile with a fresh look into her life as a mum-of-five. Sharing a black and white image of her daughter getting some shut-eye while her mum tucked into some chocolates and sipped on an icy drink, Stacey typed: "Goodnight everyone... The cluster feeds have come to an end and she's settled. I'm ready for the night feeds! Icy water and chocolate are getting me through."
She added in a message to others facing the same kind of night: "To anyone else about to go to bed knowing they'll be up in 2 hours, you've got this Mumma. You're doing incredible. Keep going." The Sort Your Life Out host then rounded off her post by adding: "Lots of love from me and this little Pickle."
It comes after she shared an adorable video of Rex bonding with his new baby sister. The three-year-old, who was Stacey and former EastEnders star Joe's first child together, could be seen gently touching the newborn's nose as she rested in a wicker-inspired cot that had been set up in the family's kitchen.
"He loves to stare and touch her nose... Rose is obsessed too I'll go through my videos & make some montages... I can't can't describe this feeling... our hearts are so full," Stacey typed alongside the sweet clip before she then returned to Instagram, as already mentioned, later in the evening as she faced the prospect of a sleepless night.
