Stacey Solomon appeared emotional as she joked that her son 'looks 21' after fans spotted he had undergone another change. Back in January, the Sort Your Life Out host admitted to 'shedding tears' when her three-year-old son asked her and his dad Joe Swash for a different haircut.
Stacey, who was heavily pregnant with her and husband Joe's third child together at the time, shared how the youngster normally asked for a 'Thor haircut', alluding to his long, blonde locks. However, as his older brothers, Zachary and Leighton, headed for a trim, the toddler asked teenager Zach if he could have his hair done just like him.
Later, sharing pictures of her son's transformation, and admitting to taking some of Rex's hair home with her from the barbers, Stacey said: "Me & Joe may have shed a tear [crying laughing emoji]. But we’ve always said it’s his hair, his choice. You look so handsome Rexy we love you so so much. Our big boy."

But on Sunday (March 5), fans noticed another change to Rex's locks as he appeared in a photo alongside his older siblings, mum and dad and new baby sister, Belle, who was born at the family's home, dubbed Pickle Cottage, last month. Stacey, 33, gathered her husband and their brood together for a celebratory picture after she washed her hair for the first time since giving birth.
Stacey had asked everyone to wear a shade of purple for the sweet family snap which she shared with her more than five million followers. "My whole heart is bursting," she typed alongside the beaming image that featured Rex pulling a funny face and one-year-old Rose seemingly in the best mood of them all as she waved her hands up into the air while perched on her former EastEnders star dad's shoulders.
"Feeling like the actual Brady Bunch Happy Sunday from our crazy family to yours," the former X Factor finalist added as she then explained the reason why she had requested the colour coordination for the treasured photo. "And yes I washed my hair today so I told everyone to find something purple and mark the occasion with a family photo," she said with a laughing emoji.
And Rex quickly caught her followers' attention. @harrington_jane said: "Rex is so grown up all of a sudden." @mammy_ffi wrote: "I was wondering who the kid at the bottom was for ages! Then started to wonder where Rex was... took me way to long to notice Rex is the one at the bottom. He looks so grown up!!!"
@jessiejl43 commented: "Lovely. Has Rex had his hair cut again? He looks so grown up." @katyalley posted: "OMG has Rex had more of his hair cut." @wen_tay33 shared: "Just gorgeous and Rex has had his haircut again, looks proper grown up." @georgiageee added: "No way is that Rex at the front. When did he get so big!!"
And now Stacey has confirmed that Rex did once again undergo the chop as he sports a more cropped hair look. Taking to her Instagram Story, the Loose Women star shared an adorable video of Rex in a red onesie as he cuddled with his baby sister before heading off to nursery.
Belle could be seen sporting a pink floral bodysuit as she lay with a dummy in her mouth while being comforted by her older brother. "Good morning. Lots of love from Rex and Belle," Stacey wrote alongside the adorable video. "Rexy does not love that he doesn’t get to see Belle while he’s at nursery," the star explained.
"So he has all the morning Belle cuddles before he goes," she added. "He had another haircut on Friday because he wants it shorter & I feel like he looks 21," adding a crying emoji. In another snap uploaded shortly after the first, Rex could be seen cuddling with both Belle and Rose. "Everybody loves Rexy. The best big brother ever," Stacey added in the caption.
