Stacey Solomon said she was "100% drunk" and crying at every corner" as she enjoyed her first alcoholic drink in years at a beautiful wedding abroad.
The TV personality shared gorgeous photos of her and her husband, Joe Swash, alongside a series of Instagram stories where she admitted she was "sitting on the toilet having a wee and I'm 100% drunk." The pair attended a wedding in Salzburg in the house where they filmed the Sound of Music.
In a post shared to her Instagram account, Stacey said: "Mum and Dad. Out alone. In the actual Sound of Music House. For our friend's wedding. P.S. I am a little tipsy or maybe a lot. Or maybe totally gone. I don't look like this anymore. Send help." With a crying laughter emoji face.
Stacey wore a white and red two piece top and skirt with poppy flowers on it while Joe looked smart in a black three-piece suit. Yesterday she admitted that she hasn't had a drink since 2010 as she did her makeup on the plane on the way to the wedding, the Mirror reports.
Speaking to her Instagram stories, she eyed her husband as she joked: "I know your game." Stacey went on: "I haven't drank [alcohol] since I met him (in 2010), so I thought 'maybe I will, I've got no kids, maybe I'll just pour myself a drink'."
Stacey, who has previously said she prefers a Diet Coke to alcohol, then sniffed the gin before pulling a grimace. After spilling out too much of the spirit, she then attempted to pour it back into the tiny bottle. She continued: "That's probably too much isn't it? For the first drink in about 20 years."
When she arrived and enjoyed the wedding, she joked as she swung on a tree with a friend "You can take the girl out of Dagenham." and admitted she no longer looked like the beautiful photo she shared. The day after the wedding Stacey shared a series of photos and videos with husband Joe being "tourists" around the city.
