Stacey Solomon has said she forgot how hard breastfeeding was after giving birth to her fifth child.
The Loose Women panellist welcomed her third child with husband Joe Swash as she shared sweet snaps of her baby girl over the weekend. Stacey, 33, gave birth in the comfort of her Essex mansion Pickle Cottage - just like she did with her first daughter Rose.
While Stacey hasn't yet revealed the name chosen for her newborn daughter, she has given fans an update on how she is finding life with a baby again. Taking to Instagram, the former X Factor star posted a video of her and Joe, 40, weighing their baby girl in a blanket.
Stacey and Joe welcomed their second child together, Rose, in October 2021 but despite the 16 month between the births she admitted it's easy to forget how difficult breastfeeding is with a newborn. Sharing a photo, Stacey wrote: "I'm sitting in bed doing the cluster feeds ahead of the night time (I forgot how hard breastfeeding is at the beginning but I'm so excited to establish it)."
Addressing fans, Stacey continued: "Your messages, comments, stories and everything are just so so so AMAZING. Thank you. I'm so grateful for my family on here and I just love you."
Concluding her post, she said: "My milk came in today so I'm an emotional mess [laughing emoji] But love you lots and lots & can't wait to catch up with you all properly."
Stacey continued in the post about her sweet baby girl: "She's incredible and the other pickles are just so in love with her. This video makes me cry. Goodnight everyone, see you on the other side of the night feed."
On Saturday, Stacey revealed she had welcomed her baby girl in a sweet post filled with adorable family photos of their new arrival. She wrote: "She’s Here, our beautiful, daughter born at home with all of your brothers and sister ready to snuggle you forever and ever.
"You literally flew into our world… And none of us can quite believe your thick dark head of hair that we just can’t get over. We can’t believe your here.
She concluded: "Welcome to the world beautiful girl, thank you for the last few months in my tummy, we can’t wait to love you forever and ever we are so grateful we get to be your family."
Stacey is mum to three-year-old Rex and Rose, one, with her soap star hubby. She also has two sons, 14-year-old Zachary and 10-year-old Leighton, from previous relationships. Joe is also dad to Harry, 15, from his relationship with ex Emma Sophocleous.
The couple left their fans stunned after announcing their surprise pregnancy news recently.
Sharing sweet photos of herself and Joe cradling her huge bump, she wrote: "Coming soon… Much sooner than we thought. When we found out we still wanted to have that first few months you usually would to adjust and get excited and enjoy it to ourselves, but that didn’t leave us with very long left.
"So this time next month we will be getting ready to say hello to a whole new pickle. So grateful."
