Stacey Solomon regularly delights her 5.5 million Instagram followers and fans with her cleaning tips and tricks.
But, this week, the Loose Women panelist, 33, sparked a fierce debate when she revealed just how often she cleans her bedsheets.
Speaking on Hits Radio, Stacey revealed she changes her sheets once a week – which received shocked responses from hosts Fleur East and James Barr.
Stacey then changed her answer to once a month, adding: "Do you know what? While you are single and enjoying that life, wallow in your own filth for a little while.
"You've got no one to impress. You know when you're single and you don't have to shave your legs? So you just go full Gruffalo. I feel it's the same."
But what other rules does the Sort Your Life Out star have when it comes to cleaning? We take a look...
Decluttering
Stacey is a huge fan of decluttering – and even has her own show, Sort Your Life Out, dedicated to decluttering homes across the UK.
Over on her Instagram page, the star also regularly shares videos of herself organising and decluttering various spaces around her house, which she affectionately calls Pickle Cottage, too.
Dilly Carter, who is the professional declutterer on Stacey's BBC show, has previously shared her tips and revealed you should clear a space completely before attempting to sort the room out.
She told the BBC: "Pick one room at a time to focus on decluttering.
"Each room needs function, purpose and identity and it’s impossible to know what needs to be taken away if you are just looking at an overflowing space.
"So, before you tackle any area that you want to declutter, make sure you clear the space completely. Take everything away and look at the space itself as a blank canvas that can be whatever you want it to be."
The cleaning product Stacey swears by
While cleaning her stunning master bathroom in May last year, Stacey spilled on the one cleaning product she swears by.
As she cleaned her tiled floor, the Loose Women star was seen using Method's Squirt + Mop Wood Floor Cleaner and told followers she was obsessed with the smell of the product.
"I know it says wood floor cleaner but I use it everywhere," she wrote.
"It works and is the best almost smell everrr."
Storage and organising
As well as decluttering and cleaning, Stacey is also keen on keeping her home neat with organised storage.
She regularly shares videos of herself restocking her fridge, cupboards and containers after her grocery shop.
The Loose Women star's fridge has a container for each category of food from meats to vegetables and more.
Earlier this year, the TV star showed off the new addition to her fridge as she had purchased a can holder, which she had treated herself to for Christmas.
As she filmed a clip of herself placing Coca-Cola cans into the new hanging can holder, she wrote: ""My Xmas present to myself. Yep, I'm a loser". She included laughing emojis alongside the text in the post.
She added: "Trying to deep clean the fridge as the first little job for the first day of Jan to try and get off to a good start. And I bought myself a can holder. I'm so happy about it."
A video saw her demonstrate how it works, with it holding up drinks cans. She said: "Now I've got double the space. I don't know why this makes me so excited but it does".
That isn't the only food storage hack which caught the attention of her followers as Stacey also previously revealed the unique way she stores her crisp packets.
Stacey showed off her colour-coded crisp rail in 2020, and even used the same trick to hang baby food pouches, too.
As she filmed the inside of her cupboard to show the packets hanging from a rail, she wrote: "I honestly can't think of anything more satisfying, it really does save so much room when it's all organised properly".
Stacey's cleaning machines
The Loose Women star doesn't just use products to help her fight dirt and grime in her home – she also has a number of handy machines that she calls on when her home needs a bit of a boost.
Stacey has shared many videos of herself using her Kärcher pressure washer to help her breathe new life into various aspects of her home – including a garden bench and a wendyhouse.
She had even previously called herself a "jetwash-a-holic" as she used the machine to help her clean up spots in the garden and her pool area.
Meanwhile, the star has also used the appliance to help her clean high chairs and baking trays with burned-on stains in the past.
After blasting a baking tray clean, she shared the video on Instagram and wrote: "After I jet washed the high chair yesterday I thought about all the other things I hate cleaning that take up so much time."
Stacey added: "Honestly annoyed I didn't discover this one sooner."
Condensation hack
Meanwhile, the star also previously purchased a window vac as a Father's Day present for her husband Joe Swash to help him clean the windows in their former Essex pad.
But, the star has also shared clips of herself using the handy bit of kit, which is the Kärcher Window Vac WV 1.
One clever way to use the window vac is to help clear condensation as the handheld vac collects the condensation build up in it, which can then be poured away.
Fans have been using the vac to help clear their steamy windows and raved about it on Twitter.
One wrote: "After seeing the window vac on here I’ve purchased one, no more b***dy condensation fingers crossed".
Another added: "we got a window vac to suck the condensation off our windows and condensation has never been so exciting to me. Yes, I’m tweeting about condensation. I’ve peaked."
"My absolute favourite sound at the moment has to be the schlorp of condensation disappearing into my window vac," another confessed.
