Stacey Solomon melted hearts with her latest pregnancy updates as she prepares for the arrival of her fifth child. The Loose Women star only announced last month that she was pregnant after finding out the news 'later than usual' while also wanting to keep it to herself and her family for a while.
The mum-to-be said the pregnancy came as a 'surprise' with it coming to light that she was pregnant during her wedding to Joe Swash in July. The pair, who share two children together, one-year-old Rose and three-year-old Rex, tied the knot in a stunning garden ceremony at their home, dubbed 'Pickle Cottage'.
And now they're just weeks away from expanding their brood, which also includes Stacey's older sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, 10, from previous relationships while Joe also has 15-year-old son Harry with his ex, Emma Sophocleous.
On Friday, Stacey took to Instagram and shared a heartwarming video showing her blossoming bump as her unborn baby moved around. "Grateful…" she wrote alongside the post to her millions of followers. "I Always wonder what they’re thinking in there," she added before joking: "I’m going with ‘thanks for the packet of rich teas mum."
And she went on to melt hearts even further over the weekend when she enjoyed a "matchy matchy" day with her daughter, Rose, who she gave birth to at their home Pickle Cottage on her 32nd birthday on October 4 2021.
The Sort Your Life Out host, who affectionately calls her children her "pickles", says she loves to spend quality time with each child and on Sunday morning she shared some photos from her special day with Rose which started with them getting ready together.
The mother and daughter, who wore matching stripey tops and cream skirts, got ready for their day side-by-side after Stacey made Rose her own dressing table for Christmas. Sharing a video on her Instagram, Stacey said: "Getting ready with you is my favourite thing to do. Joe took Rexy out for some crazy runaround trampoline time yesterday so me and Rose had a girly day."
And Stacey, 33, clapped back that she doesn't care if anyone thinks it's "sad" that the pair dressed the same. "And yes I dressed us matching," she wrote. "I don't even care if anyone thinks it's sad." She continued with a laughing emoji: "I dreamed of these days and I know from teenage experience that she won't want to be seen with me one day."
But after her cute day with Rose, it was back to work for Stacey as she took her little girl and Rex to a photoshoot for her next range with Primark. However, it has since led to Stacey making a frank admission.
Appearing on her Instagram Story on Monday morning (January 16), Stacey spoke to the camera and confessed she feels like she's "sucking" her little one in in a bid to finish all her work commitments in time. "Good Morning! Happy Monday. I don't know what's happening in the back room but I've left Joe to it, I feel like rough from yesterday," she said.
Discussing the previous day, she continued: "It was a really long night and day, but it was really productive, I'm so glad we finished it, got it done. There's loads of things I didn't plan for. Obviously, I didn't plan any maternity leave and stuff like that.
"So I'm just trying to like finish all my commitments and make sure I don't let anyone down before this baby falls out of my vagina. I keep saying before I push it out but I feel like I'm just going to cough it's just going to fall out.
"You know when you're at that point where it just feels like it's hanging out and I'm sucking it in to try and finish everything and get things done. Hopefully it doesn't just sneeze out." She then admitted to being "all over the place" as she added: "I don't know even know where I finished that sentence and where I'm going to start the next but happy Monday!"
Stacey did share how tired she was on Sunday night when she posed for a mirror selfie in her bra. The mum-to-be could be seen brushing her teeth in the bathroom after falling asleep on the sofa alongside her kids following their busy day with the Primark team.
"Really proud of myself for actually coming upstairs and brushing my teeth," Stacey typed alongside the snap. Going to actually wash my face tonight and hopefully go straight back to the lad of nod! Hope you've had a lovely day!"
