Stacey Solomon was left feeling sick after a family day out this afternoon, with her confessing that she's "so unfit."
The presenter, 32, and fiancé Joe Swash, 40, took their children for some bank holiday fun at a water park today, with the pair getting involved at the attraction themselves.
She shared footage from Aqua Action - a floating water park located in Essex - on Instagram earlier, with it showing the family spending time together in the sunshine.
Following the activity though, Stacey posted a video message to her followers on the platform, in which she commented: "I'm so unfit. I feel like I could throw up after that."
She reiterated the point in the accompanying caption to the video, writing: "I'm so unfit. I feel sick after that. They've started playing football, I don't know how they do it."
Stacey had shared clips from their visit to the floating water park this afternoon, with her revealing to fans that her children were expecting her to take part this time.
She wrote: "Time for some bank holiday fun. The boys love this place so much and I haven't been on for a couple of years because I was pregnant so I promised [I would soon]."

And she subsequently shared footage of her fiancé running along the inflatable course, with him coming towards the camera at one point. She said: "Joe loves it the most tbh."
The couple - who have a seven-month-old daughter, Rose - visited the water park with their son Rex, two. Stacey's sons Zachary, 14, and Leighton, nine, were also with them.
She explained that her eldest had been waiting for a while to throw her into the water at the attraction, with her sharing footage of the moment that he succeeded earlier.
Alongside a clip of him pulling her in, she wrote: "Zach has been waiting all year to get me in that lake. I can't fight them off anymore as they're too blooming big."
As the family began preparing to leave the attraction, she wrote: "All done and ready to go home." She teased physical discomfort, saying: "Can't feel my legs anymore."
Stacey then took the opportunity to promote the attraction, writing: "This is a little local family run business." She further added: "We love taking the kids here."
