Stacey Solomon said she 'felt like crying' as the reality of her major error sunk in. The Loose Women star managed to laugh as she joked about being 'sacked' by the boss of Manchester fashion brand In The Style after she mucked up a competition to mark the launch of her latest collection.
Earlier this week, Stacey said she had 'never been prouder' as she gave her loyal fans a glimpse at her new range with the online retailer, which was launched in 2013 by entrepreneur Adam Frisby. The 33-year-old looked stunning as she rocked a black, long-sleeved sparkling dress that crossed over her body and tied at the waist before presenting a thigh-high split.
Stacey could be seen in her plush bedroom at her gorgeous family home, which they've named Pickle Cottage, posing in front of the mirror in her new design with her long blonde locks swept across her right shoulder after being styled into classic curls. "Please can we appreciate how lovely and sparkly this is?" she said with a huge grin on her face.
She went on to explain that she has finally been able to add sparkles to one of her collections for ITS after previously being unable to find sustainable, sequined fabric. However, she explained how the ITS team, have finally been able to pull it off after sourcing some end-of-line fabric which was destined to be thrown away.
And she couldn't resist showing another piece from her collection - a beige baggy cardigan dress with pearlised buttons and balloon sleeves. She donned a pair of long cream boots as she filmed herself posing in the cosy number but she was risking trouble as she told her followers she had to 'stop now' as she wasn't allowed to show her millions of loyal followers some of the pieces until Tuesday ahead of the launch on Wednesday.
And when Tuesday (November 15) arrived, Stacey was clearly beside herself at her latest collection launching that she made a big mistake. To mark the new release, Adam had agreed Stacey could run a mega competition alongside ITS to give away three family holidays and some items from her dazzling collection.

However, the excitement clearly got the better of her and Stacey had to go to Adam as she dropped a clanger. Following a video of her explaining the lavish competition prizes, the presenter appeared again in a video on her Instagram Story to reveal what she had done.
"I'm laughing but I also wanna cry because I've totally got what I said wrong in the last story and now Adam has to change it," she explained. "I've had a bit of a nightmare but the competition is better for it," she added with a laugh. "I'm sorry, Adam. If I don't have a job with In The Style next year, this is why!"
She also shared a screengrab of the pair's text exchange with Stacey typing to Adam: "S**t I thought you said £5,000 was it £4,000?? Too late I've said it now. Can we just go up? Just a tad?" Adam then replied: "Haha. Stacey!! And added in the full collection! Right I've just been on the phone (luckily I love ya) and we've approved the £5,000 holidays and your full collection."
As Stacey replied: "Omg I'm sorry. Don't sack me," Adam saw the funny side as he text back: "I'm going to be skint haha but we'll make it happen lol." And after she shared a reel featuring her modeling the entire collection and detailing how her followers can enter the new, bigger, giveaway, Adam wrote: "Here she is... I'm skint and got no stock left but at least we've got an amazing giveaway ey??" alongside a string of crying laughing emojis and red hearts.
