Loose Women star Stacey Solomon has revealed she didn't know she was pregnant for months.
The star, 33, revealed she and husband Joe Swash, 40, are expecting another child with a cute Instagram video this week. However, she issued another update to fans as she revealed their baby is due "much sooner" than they expected.
The newlywed couples, who married in a low-key ceremony at home in the summer, are due next month. The couple already share Rex, 3, and Rose, 1, together, as well as their three children from previous relationships.
In comments on her pregnancy update, Stacey revealed she didn't even know she was pregnant until a few months in.
She joked with The Apprentice star Luisa Zissman as she hinted that her early pregnancy bump was often mistaken for bloating.
Luisa, 35, commented: "Omg how did you not know with a bump that big!! I’ve got the fear - esp after a girl who works for me just dropped an 8lb baby not knowing she was pregnant. Congrats."
Stacey replied in the comments: "I mean I know now... but a few months ago I looked like I’d had a big lunch every now and again."
Former X Factor star Stacey thanked fans for their kind messages with her pregnancy update before revealing their new arrival would be with them in January, much sooner than anyone predicted.
Writing to her 5.5million followers, Stacey wrote: "Coming soon… Much sooner than we thought When we found out we still wanted to have that first few months you usually would to adjust and get excited and enjoy it to ourselves, but that didn’t leave us with very long left.
"So this time next month we will be getting ready to say hello to a whole new pickle So grateful.
"While we had some time off we thought we better take some memories before it’s too late @chelseawhitephotog ©️ who took our wedding pictures took these photos for us. Happy Friday Everyone."
With the news of their baby announced just this week, some Stacey and Joe fans think they've worked out a huge clue over the baby's name.
After the birth of daughter Rose Opal, Stacey described how she came up with the name and fans think it could be the same again for this latest arrival.
Daughter Rose Opal was born in October 2021, with her name carefully thought out by Stacey and Joe. After Rose's arrival, Stacey shared the name on an Instagram post as she wrote: "Our beautiful flower - Our precious jewel - who is ever loved. "
Speaking in an interview, Stacey explained: "Opal is my birthstone and Australia is where we fell in love. It gives me goosebumps every time I look at them."
Rose Opal shares the same birthday as mum Stacey in October, and the next arrival is due on January so would share their birthday with father Joe who will turn 41. Joe's birth stone is garnet, which fans are sure could be used a new middle name for the baby due next year.
