Stacey Solomon ends maternity leave two months after welcoming fifth child

Stacey Solomon is returning to work just two months after welcoming her fifth child.

The Loose Women star announced on social media that she’s back to business and heading to Paris following the birth of her baby daughter Belle in February.

As she took her followers through her morning routine Solomon, who shares her newborn with husband Joe Swash, 41, said: “I’ve got my first job back next week so I just really want to get into good habits so it’s easier.

“I’ve got my first day back next week, and it’s like the craziest job ever. I’m going to Paris. What the hell!”

The Sort Out Your Life host said she was stunned at being offered a job in the French city, adding that she “never gets jobs like this”.

“I really can’t stress to you enough how I never get jobs like this,” she continued.

“I get the ‘come and tidy my house’ jobs, which I love by the way, I’m not mocking it. I don’t get the ‘come to Paris’ jobs.”

The 33-year-old told fans that baby Belle will be accompanying her on the work trip.

“I’m taking Belle with me because I haven’t worked out the breastfeeding thing yet,” she explained.

“I’m trying to wean her off a little bit, which is sad, but I just can’t do it all.

“I can’t do work, school runs, kids, breastfeeding. It’s just impossible,” she admitted.

“Breastfeeding is hard, and you have to have time, and it’s on demand.

“So I’m going to have to stop breastfeeding but I haven’t managed to do it yet so I’m taking her with me for my first job.”

Before embarking on work, Solomon recently enjoyed an elaborate trip to Abu Dhabi with her family.
