Stacey Solomon sent a message to anyone who may be struggling as she shared how she was feeling 'so anxious' before her day at work. The TV star is currently back hard at work filming for her BBC One show Sort Your Life Out, three months after welcoming her fifth child into the world.
Stacey and her husband Joe Swash welcomed their third child together, baby Belle, back in February having already welcomed one-year-old Rose in October 2019 and four-year-old Rex in 2019.
But taking to Instagram with a video posted to her Stories, 33-year-old Stacey, who is also a doting mum to sons Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from previous relationships, opened up about her 'bad anxiety' after starting the day with a workout at 4.30am after previously vowing to stick to a new gym routine.

While taking her army of millions of social media followers through her morning routine, Stacey revealed the reason behind why she is feeling so anxious. "I woke up so early (4.30am) feeling SO anxious. I came on yesterday & it's my first period in over a year so it's thrown me right out!"
The Loose Women panellist, who was first seen slipping into matching blue gym wear before taking her hair out of a messy bun and scraping it back into a ponytail, went on: "Everyone was sleeping so I decided to try & do things to set me up for work today. Forced myself to gym, made myself lunch, washed my hair & got ready to go..."
Showing support to her fans her might be feeling the way she is, Stacey, who was then seen working out in her home gym space on an exercise bike before following a weights routine before jumping in the shower and getting ready to head to work, added: "To anyone having a low day, you're amazing & everything is temporary, you've got this."
And she also couldn't help but have a laugh at herself as she watched the footage she had filmed back. "Me when I first woke up to after hair & make up is cracking me up!" she added with a crying laughing emoji.
Stacey was then later seen on set for the warehouse part of her hit programme, which ahs just made the longlist for the upcoming National Television Awards. As she beamed for the camera in middle of another family's belongings, she wrote: "Spending the day helping the most deserving family get their house back is just the [most] amazing feeling ever."
She added: "So grateful I get to do this," alongside an emoji holding back tears. It comes after Stacey was left on the verge of tears as she marked her youngest son turning four with a collection of gorgeous snaps of herself and her TV star husband Joe with the birthday boy earlier this week.
Stacey marvelled at just how fast the time had flown and how big Rex has grown as she shared a collection of sweet pictures on Instagram of Rex now with his proud mum and dad and of the doting mum cradling him on the day he was born. But she clapped back as she said people have brought her to the verge of tears with video messages on the subject after she said it was his 'last baby birthday.'
