Stacey Solomon has candidly opened up about feeling insecure as she took baby Rose swimming for the first time on Thursday.
The jovial star, 32, regularly updates her social media followers on aspects of her life and shared a sweet snap of her and baby Rose ready for their dip.
However, she bravely told her fans how she originally wasn't going to post the pic as she felt insecure about her body.
Thankfully, she shared the brilliant picture which perfectly captured the mother and daughter's beaming smiles.
Stacey captioned the image: "Rose’s first swims. She loved it so much. Although there were definitely moments when it looked like she wasn’t too pleased with the water the way she was splashing it.
"I forgot how magical those first swims are, even though it feels like yesterday we were taking Rex for his first swim now he’s cannon balling in Happy Thursday Everyone."
She then discussed feeling insecure, adding: "P.S I had a little moment getting ready for swimming where I felt a little bit insecure. Then I remembered how grateful I am that my body has grown the loves of my life.
"For anyone else who hears that mean little voice from time to time. Tell it to get lost and be quiet because it’s lying.
"You’re so beautiful and your body is incredible. No matter what some of the things we see will lead us to believe."
Her post was met with an influx of positivity from her followers who gushed at how happy the pair looked.
The Saturdays singer Mollie King wrote: "Such a gorgeous pic," while Stacey's Loose Women co-host Nadia Sawalha commented: "I can't!!!! Toooooo cute."
Best pal Mrs Hinch also wrote: "Rose you have the sweetest little smile and Mama you look HOT."
And Stacey was quick to show her appreciation for everyone's lovely words, calling the comments section of the post "the sweetest thread of comments".
The former X Factor contestant shared further sweet clips from their day on her Stories and explained that while she hadn't managed to do anything else during the day, she loved seeing "water Rose".
In a quick vid of the four-month-old splashing about in her peach outfit, Stacey wrote: "As soon as she realised she could splash she didn't stop.
"I remember taking Rex for the first time and I forgot how magical it is. Splish splash Rosey Posey."
Stacey had earlier announced the exciting news that she is set to present Bake Off The Professionals and has already filmed several episodes.
She told her Insta followers: "I just eat cake all day. I'm so excited to finish filming and I can't wait for you to see it.
