Stacey Solomon has admitted it isn’t all plain sailing since becoming a mum-of-five as she sent a message of reassurance to anyone feeling they are struggling with parenthood.
The Loose Women star, 33, gave birth to her fifth child last month and has regularly updated her loyal fanbase on her online journey.
Taking to Instagram Stories on Wednesday, she urged any of her followers with children not to be too hard on themselves and to know that they are doing “an incredible job”.
Addressing her 5.6m followers in the clip, she said: “Public service announcement for anyone who has ever felt like ‘oh my gosh it looks like they’ve got their s**t together, and I really haven’t.’
“Please don’t feel like that, you’re doing an incredible job and I know that it looks like I’ve just gone straight back to normal as if I never gave birth.”
Adding: “I can assure you that 100 per cent of the time I feel absolutely f****d.”
Solomon and husband Joe Swash, 40, certainly have their hands full, as in addition to newborn Belle, they share son Rex, three, and one-year-old daughter Rose.
The former I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here winner is also mum to Zachary, nine, and Leighton, 13, from previous relationships, while Swash has 15-year-old son Harry with his ex Emma Sophocleous.
