TV presenter Stacey Dooley has been spotted filming in Nottinghamshire. Yesterday (December 1,) staff members at the Boathouse Cafe in Beeston Rylands met Stacey.
Sandie Deacon, along with partner Tony and daughter Sarah, have managed the cafe for the past 16 years. The business, located at Beeston Marina, overlooks the River Trent.
According to Sandie, Stacey was at the marina filming about how paddle boarding has helped with a girl's mental health. Sandie spoke about how "down to earth" Stacey was.

She said: “She was lovely. They were doing a piece on mental health and how paddle boarding has helped a particular girl. We were watching them film.
"We just met her outside. They did come in for a coffee.
"She had water, I think. She's heavily pregnant."
Stacey is expecting her first baby with her Strictly Come Dancing pro boyfriend Kevin Clifton. They became a couple after dancing together on Strictly in 2018 - and winning the BBC show.
Sandie added: “She was very nice, very down to earth, very pleasant. She let us take pictures and we all had a picture.
"Whoever wanted a picture, she gladly took one."
