Rangers boss Gio van Bronckhorst certainly doesn't have his injury problems to seek ahead of a vital showdown with rivals Aberdeen at Ibrox.
Kemar Roofe is out of the home side's squad after his latest calf injury. Ryan Jack, Connor Goldson, Filip Helander and John Souttar are long-term crocks, as is Ianis Hagi. Tom Lawrence is sidelined too. Aberdeen have Hayden Coulson back following the birth of his son. Jonny Hayes, Callum Roberts and Dante Polvara are injured for Jim Goodwin.
Jim Goodwin is full of confidence and has the option to unleash both of his in-form strikers Duk and Bojan Miovski who are thriving together after the Irishman's formation re-jig to add an attacking spark in the final third. There was little to split the teams last season with the Reds securing a pair of draws - a rare of highlight amid a disastrous campaign which Goodwin tried to rescue but resulted in a 10th-placed finish.
But who do Van Bronckhorst and Goodwin turn to with their starting XIs as they eye a season-defining result for both? A win for Rangers and it eases the strain on Van Bronckhorst. But if the visitors triumph then it will cause ructions among a vexed Ibrox fanbase and further legitimise Aberdeen's surging confidence.
