SPT to plough £3.65million intro Ayrshire travel network as 10 projects get cash

Ayrshire Ayr East Ayrshire North

Ayrshire’s transport network is set to be boosted by an investment of £3.65million.

SPT (Strathclyde Partnership for Transport) have pledged funding to improve travel networks in North, South and East Ayrshire.

Each county will take a slice of the £3.65 million, with the bulk of the travel pot going to East Ayrshire, with £1.82 million set to be invested.
