We all make crazy promises to ourselves - and inevitably break them and get sad. But no... NOT THIS TIME! 2023 WILL be different.
Hopefully. Maybe. Probably not.
If you're on a fitness kick this January, Spotify has come up with a list of the top 20 workout songs to get you PUMPED. Google searches for new gym memberships have increased by 111 per cent since the end of December.
Fitness buffs among you obviously need the perfect Spotify playlist to help them work up a sweat.

Bosses at the platform have named ACRAZE’S ‘Do It To It’ as the number one track to hype gym-goers up.
The high-tempo dance track, featuring girl group Cherish, appears in seven workout playlists analysed. With a tempo of 125bpm, the song is ideal for cardio.
In second place is a throwback track which came out just over 20 years ago. Eminem’s ‘Till I Collapse’ also appears on seven playlists, with a high bpm of 171.
The third-most popular track was The Chainsmokers' Closer, which appeared in six workout playlists.
The research, conducted by fitness experts Fitness Volt, analysed over 9,353 tracks from Spotify’s most popular January gym and workout playlists to determine which songs feature most.
High tempo songs tend to frequently appear.
Lizzo is among the most popular artists, with featured tracks including ‘Fitness’, ‘Water Me’, ‘Grrls’ and ‘Truth Hurts'.
Kanye West, Big Sean, Flo Rida, Rihanna and Tiesto also proved popular.

A spokesperson at Fitness Volt said: “Many gym-goers will find it hard to motivate themselves to get back to working out after some time away from the gym - and one of the best ways to amp ourselves up is to listen to high-tempo music.
“For those who are looking to create dedicated gym playlists, it’s recommended to include some slower tracks that will work for warming up and cooling down after your workout. You may also want to consider noise-cancelling headphones to enhance the experience.”
