Adan Manzano was a sports reporter who tragically passed away in his hotel room in New Orleans before Super Bowl LIX. The 27-year-old had been covering the big game for a local Telemundo station in Kansas City. Police are investigating his death and its possible connection to a woman named Danette Colbert, who has a history of fraud schemes in the city.
Manzano was found dead in his hotel room in Kenner, Louisiana, with signs suggesting he may have been drugged. Security footage showed him entering his room with Colbert, who was later arrested and charged with property crimes, fraud, and theft-related offenses. Items belonging to Manzano, including his credit card and phone, were found in Colbert's possession.
