I’ll leave you with Nick Ames’ match report from Lisbon on a fine night for Arsenal. Thanks for joining me. Bye!
Mikel Arteta’s verdict: “Very happy, it’s a big result against a big opponent, they hadn’t lost here in 18 months. Really good energy and belief before the game, a really positive and important win for us.”
Arteta adds that in the second half, “the atmosphere was changing … we showed a lot of personality, and when we scored the fourth goal, the game changed again. We adapted really well, and let’s move on now.”
